Depends on what mood I’m in haha. If I’m just cruising, a floater to alley-oop. If I’m comp training, a big bottom turn into a hack really helps me get into the flow.
FAVORITE NAUTIQUE ATHLETE TO RIDE/SKI WITH (AND WHY):
Oh man, that’s a tough one. I haven’t gotten the chance to meet/ride with everyone, but I know if they are on team Nautique they all have to be pretty awesome! As for the ones I have ridden with, it’s always a great time.
EVENT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY YEAR:
Hands down, the Nautique Masters Wakesurf Championship. That was my first ever wakesurfing comp, so it’s always rad to be able to go back and compete there every year.
HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF WAKESURFING:
Surfing (in the ocean), foiling, skateboarding, snowboarding, jiu-jitsu, dirt biking, mountain biking, and riding my Harley. Pretty much, if it’s an extreme sport, I’ve either done it or want to, haha.
WHAT ARE YOUR ESSENTIALS FOR A DAY ON THE WATER:
G23 + Hyperlite boards + good vibes + great people + smooth water + a sick playlist = Epic Times!
THE MOST REWARDING PART OF YOUR JOB:
Honestly, I’m super grateful to God that He put me in a position where I get to share what I love to do and see people experience the pure joy of being alive in every moment on the water. This job has also allowed me to visit amazing places and meet the most awesome people!
WHAT WAS THE MOST DIFFICULT THING YOU’VE EVER DONE:
It would have to be leaving my hometown in CA where all my friends and family were (not to mention the ocean) and moving to Missouri. I know what you’re thinking, I didn’t even know Missouri was a state either lol. But God always has a plan, and it turned out to be the best decision ever. I wouldn’t be where I am if it wasn't for my amazing parents guiding/supporting me through everything and deciding to make the move to a little town called Kimberling City on Table Rock Lake in Missouri.
