ORLANDO, FL (May 20, 2022) – Members of the Nautique Dealer Network have been honored this week during the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) CSI Awards for outstanding performance in customer satisfaction.
Each year, the NMMA Marine Industry CSI Awards celebrate participating boat dealers that excel in customer satisfaction during that calendar year. The Nautique dealers that were awarded this week maintained a score of over 90 percent in customer satisfaction during 2021 based on information provided by customers. Data is collected as part of a survey of customers who purchased a new boat between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021. For this reporting period, the program surveyed more than 175,000 customers.
