| NAUTIQUE NAMED ONE OF CENTRAL FLORIDA’S TOP 100 COMPANIES FOR WORKING FAMILIES | 08/10/09 |
Manufacturer of the world-renowned Nautique boat brand, Correct Craft, was recently named one of Central Florida’s Top 100 Companies For Working Families by the Orlando Sentinel. The Top 100 list honors Central Florida-based companies who are most committed to family-friendly policies.
In determining the 2009 Top 100 list, the Orlando Sentinel considered numerous factors, including benefits and options, organizational culture, employee rewards and family-specific programs. Judges, who were comprised of leading human resource professionals in the Central Florida area and Orlando Sentinel staff, then evaluated participating organizations’ responses.
“Being named one of Central Florida’s Top 100 is very rewarding. We work hard to provide our employees with a work environment that is family-friendly,” stated Correct Craft President/CEO Bill Yeargin. “This award is further evidence of our strong commitment to providing not only first-class products and services but also a first-class company for our employees,” added Yeargin.
