NAUTIQUE CARES - HABITAT FOR HUMANITY08/09/11   

Our culture at Nautique includes not only building the world’s best boats but also working to make our world better. Our employees regularly volunteer time and resources not only here in Central Florida but also around the world through service trips we take as a team. These service trips have taken us twice to Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and most recently to the Apache reservation in Arizona. Later this year we have a group of employees traveling to Ethiopia to serve there.

One of the organizations we have worked with over the years here in Central Florida is Habitat for Humanity. Our team has volunteered at their work sites and our CFO, Sean Marrero, serves on their board.

Recently we were presented with an opportunity to partner with Habitat for Humanity and the State of Florida to provide funding for one of the townhomes being built in a new Habitat for Humanity community here in Central Florida, Stag Horn Villas. Others who have sponsored homes in this new community include the Orlando Magic.

The new home sponsored by our company will be ready for its family in early 2012.

Regarding Nautique’s support, Lynn Ivanek from Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando Area stated “We are truly grateful for the support of Correct Craft. Their gifts of time and treasure are making the dream of homeownership a reality for a hard working family right here in Orlando.â€

Habitat for Humanity is a great organization and we are happy to support them. We look forward to the day when a family moves into the home we were able to help build!

Our Nautique team cares in a lot of different ways. We care enough about our customers to build the world’s best boats and provide the industry’s best customer service. We care enough about our world to donate time and financial resources to help make it a little better. We are happy that people who buy our Nautique boats provide us with the ability to give back.
